Dear Valued Customer Referring to Case Number [redacted] ([redacted]),                                 In response to your complaint, I would like you...

to know that I value your thoughts. Lately, I have come across an accident that lead to the injury of my arm that lead to a variety of jobs throughout the month to get postponed and rescheduled. I am determined to get my responsibilities done for my clients in the order that we had previously accounted them for, just on a wider timeline. We understand your concerns in having the jobs previously placed upon our shoulders. Let me briefly explain the details of your admittance letter.                   In the response of putting $500.00 down in cash (dated on May 29th, 2017) for a total payment of $1,400 (due after completion) in having the siding of the house installed, I cannot agree that you technically hired my day labor expenses. If I had been hired, I would have made you sign a contract of $7,340 for the total installment, material, and labor payment. In comparison of the two numbers, I have given the client more than a 50% discount on the total installment. In response to doing “very little work”, I must have to acknowledge that I had broken my wrist on another job that had led me to having a sling on my arm for a total of ten days. I finished a third of the house siding before you dismissed me. Also, the work that you have described as “not good” was professionally done as best as I could under the circumstances. The tool described in the complaint of worth at $250, which is initially only $100, had been dropped off on Friday evening. The reason for borrowing the tool, which I had for a month after asking your approval, was to finish another job. I had dropped the tool off the same afternoon that I had collected my tools. I do not appreciate being called a liar nor a theft on this topic. On the topic of timing, I had been completing other jobs for the client during the time that the installment was underway.                   Again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience this must have been for your daily routine. We appreciate that you took the time to acknowledge what has been on your mind and we will try to accomplish what needs to be done to make your experience a more enjoyable one. If you have any other complaints, speak with the Revdex.com.   I hope this has answered any questions,   [redacted] Riding Handyman Services General Contractor [redacted]@yahoo.com
