the time to visit with me yesterday regarding the complaint that was registered with your office. As I stated yesterday, there is a disclaimer, or notice, in the Ridley's Family Market ad regarding the required use of our Advantage Card in order to receive the advertised sale prices. The exact phrase that is in the lower left had corner on the front page of the ad is “Advantage Card required for all sale prices”. This notice is in the same place of each ad that is published on a weekly basis.I have attached to this email two pictures as well. The first is a photo of the “disclaimer” or “notice” regarding the required use of the card in order to receive the sale prices. The second is an example of a sale tag that is hung in front of the particular item that is on sale.I hope that this information/evidence is sufficient in resolving this matter.
