I have no idea what policy is but kemper was taking money out my decease mother account and I have just sent off necessary paperwork to file my claim so I am gonna give them a couple of days to get their paperwork in order

I am rejecting this response because: I want a copy of your policy stating that the mother caring for a minor child doesn't qualify as a beneficiaryAnd also want to know my rights as the owner of the policy? Ive made copies of the policy

I will need to write up a response as this has several half truths, complete lies and deformation of character and this should be exposed in the mediaMy daughter never knew anyone associated with my care; she lives in Denver and was here helping me get assistanceMy daughter has no
business associated with these private care providersI asked her to make a letter head so I could provide a invoice, which is what the call center agent and my insurance agent said I needed to do
There was a letter provided by the *** Home Health Care Agency that clearly states they assisted and provided assistance to the Home Health Aide to ensure they were caring for me properlyThe Home Health Aides were not employees of this agency but the agency did provide the recommendationThey have also neglected to tell you the Insurance Agent who sold me the policy has voiced her concerns and had asked to speak with managers to get this resolved as wellThis week is the ONLY time we have ever received return calls, none of the previous calls were returnedEvery time we provide what is asked for they ask for something else
Today I finally received a number for the Corporate office and additional information on how I can submit the invoiceThis is shameful!!!
I can be reached at *** as I was forced to leave to come to Connecticut for care as I could not afford to continue to pay as I was told I had to to get reimbusedIf proper instructions were provided through those calls this would have never happened
I will send the letter sent to Kemper from Home Health Agency, I will send a letter from my Insurance Agent as soon as she is back from vacation

Thank you for your letter dated May 11, 2018, received in our office on May 16, 2018, regarding the above referenced matter.  We have reviewed the inquiry and submit the following in response:On May 8, 2013, the deceased insured applied for a Modified Whole Life policy (face amount of $5,000)...

with the underwriting insurer, Reserve national Insurance Company.  On the application, the insured designated his three children as primary beneficiaries on the policy.  The policy was issued as applied for with an effective date of May 21. 2013.     On march 13, 2018, the beneficiaries called to report the insured's date of death.  Thereafter, a claim packet was mailed to each beneficiary for completion and signatures.  All documentation to process the claims has since been received.  On May 10, 2018, the beneficiaries were advised by our Customer Service department that the claims have been processed and checks would be mailed by the end of the Following week.  On May 16, 2018, the checks were mailed to each beneficiary and the funeral home.  If there are further questions or if any of the information we have in this matter is incorrect or incomplete, please let us know and we will make certain the appropriate action is taken regarding the claims.  Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
