Rieger Mechanical Heating & Cooling

Mechanical installed the HVAC in my new build (XXXX). It was a cold December morning and I couldn't get any more than 67 degrees out of the HVAC. The builder had the owner of *** Mechanical call me. The owner talked me through getting heat into the house on a cold Georgia morning. Their technician, Thomas, came to the house the following business day and explained about running a heat pump in Georgia. He adjusted the main intake grate by tuning the vanes to a point where I could not hear the air being sucked in. Previously, the noise of rushing air was so loud you had to incease the volume on the TV when the heat turned on. I came from Michigan where it's forced air heated quickly by natural gas. Thomas, then took the time to show me the dual zone structure, its components (including the power shut off box located on the HVAC for filter maintenance). After he left I understood the system and felt a lot more comfortable about maintaining it for the future. I recommend whole heartedly *** Mechanical to anyone in need of heating and cooling work.
