Review: Good day, My son purchased and paid in full for his school ring, order #XXXXXXX. Unlike what was promised when the item was paid for, the ring is yet to be delivered. In fact, my son's classmates have received their rings on time, and after waiting two weeks after the allotted delivery date, my son and I opted to request a refund. Consequently, I contacted the representative handling the school ring orders for [redacted] High School, Ms. [redacted] (XXX XXX XXXX). Ms. [redacted] attempted to contact the business' field representative [redacted] several times and also left several messages but did receive a response. On July 24th she not called him again, she also contacted the company via email stressing the issue at hand and requesting a refund. According to her correspondence, Ms. [redacted] informed me that we will be refunded our monies. However, on July 26th, Mr. [redacted] called, sounding very aggravated and claimed that he did not receive any messages and informed me that we have no choice but to keep the item even though I told him that it was past due its delivery date and I had been seeking a refund for several weeks. Mr. [redacted] made no attempts to apologize or demonstrate responsibility for the poor customer service and did not seem to care that the product was over a month past its delivery date, instead he pressed that the ring was delivered to his office yesterday and so, I would have to keep it.

The customer ordered the class ring the end of May, along with one other student they were told it takes up to 8 weeks to make a ring and would not be ready for graduation. The other students who we sent post cards to that ordered in early April were sent post cards when the rings came in right before graduation. This particular student brought his money in to make a final payment and we told him then his ring would be ready in July after our plant reopens from it's inventory shutdown. The ring came into my office on the 25th of July I called the customer and told her the ring was in and she told me she no longer wanted it. I told her she had 72 hours which is on the order form to cancel and these are custom rings and can no longer be canceled. The customer got irate and hung up on me. We exchanged emails the rest of the day. I have the ring and want to deliver it but she will not confirm her address that is on the order form. I also offered her a refund minus the $90 deposit as an option but she did not want to accept that either. Class rings are custom products and can not be returned and right on the receipt it tells you in very bold lettering you have 72 hours to cancel. Class rings can take up to 8 weeks to make depending on the complexity of the particular ring.
