I am rejecting this response because: none of this information was provided at any time when I questioned the staff in the officeThere response was they don't know what is wrong or what's going on to the point where they lied and said it was working when in true reality it was notWhen I do put in a maintenance request I have to call repeatedly because no one never shows up even after the fact they keep telling me someone will be by to look at itRight now I believe my apartment is infested with bedbugs which I truly believe it has been this way since I moved in because I did report this but I didn't know it was bedbugsMy neighbor just moved out because he was having a similar problem he stated he had bedbugs as wellIf I complain about this to the office they are going to state its in the lease that they are not responsible for bedbugs and so forthI have never had an issue with bedbugs its ridiculous my children and I do not feel comfortable in my own apartmentThe compensation was $which is not nearly any type of compensation for the hot water being out for a monthThis is not an issue I have brought up with the owner yet I'm pertaining to the bedbugs but something needs to be done

Good day Madam,I'm *** ***, and I'm responding to a letter received regarding a resident named *** *** who lives at Briarwood apartments, located on *** *** ** *** *** *** *** which I manage. Her complaint consisted of her A/C not working properly and it
taking weeks to fix because we "just didnt want to buy a new a/c unit"Her A/C has been fixed and I have not received any complaints sinceOur response was immediate, however the A/C presented a couple issues that caused it to work on and off for that durationI have a full time A/C technician who responds to every air conditioner and heater call the day that it is reported. She complained about her hot water not working for a month and that the office staff changing their reasoning as to why it was not working and that we don't careWe have many water heaters on our property since it is over unitsAll our hot water heaters were operating well except for one which unfortunately provided hot water to her area of the propertyWe, again, addressed that issue immediatelyAt first it was a transformer, which we could not locate a new part in a mile radius so we ordered itThis was the exact explanation that the staff gave to residents as wellOnce we received the part and installed it, another part malfunctionedI personally went and bought that piece and it was installedUnfortunately soon afterwards our circulation pump went out and I sent my worker out of town to go buy one since that wasn't available at any local stores eitherThis full event lasted around 3-weeks, but it was not because we "don't care" and that we were making excusesWe were working diligently and repaired each malfunction as fast as we can but the chain of unfortunate events continued for several weeksRight now the hot water is on and running and I am working on building a backup hot water heater system to prevent future inconveniences. At the end of her complaint she mentioned that she wanted a compensationA compensation was given out to her and everyone affected by the issue. I do my best to reduce our response time to as quick as possibleSometimes when one part goes out after another or if the part needs to be ordered, it causes great inconvenience which we all suffer fromI am working to prevent this more and more by having well established maintenance shops and working with seasoned techniciansOur company purchased this property because it was a distressed property and our goal is to repair all issues and restore the property to its former self. We have received the patient's custom fit diabetic shoes and custom molded diabetic inserts via mail.Since the shoes and inserts were returned we have refunded her insurance in full and have written offher co portionIt is our company policy to provide the highest

Ms***, I am getting into contact with you in regard to a *** *** that did reside here at the Briarwood apartments I personally investigated all the allegations that the previous tenant reported I have
presented all evidence to the contrary of these allegations Miss *** gained residency here in July of 2016, in a different unit We transferred the tenant at her request Her previous unit had to be treated for fleas after inspection, as respect to our other residents’ privacy we cannot provide copies of these service formsBriarwood however would be happy to show you the requests if need be, or you could stop by the office at Harvey Rd, College Station, TX, to view the proof in person. Ms***'s previous treatments and/or attempts dated:July 17, final inspection of no fleas foundJuly 10, inspection of no fleas foundJuly 3, inspection of no fleas foundMay 22, did not service due to AlarmMay 15, did not service, rescheduled for later date (attempted service twice and was refused and then tenant rescheduled.) As noted by the Greenforest (pest control), they were denied access multiple times for treatment of her unit, and one reschedule on May 15th. As of her complaint of leaks never being fixed, there are accounts of attempted entry or communication with the resident to resolve her issues There are multiple notes by maintenance provided on the work orders of failure of being able to enter or to communicate with this resident There are small descriptions of what was done to rectify the situations We have provided proof of this, due to the fact that the previous resident has presented allegations otherwise.We pride ourselves in providing a community inside our property We do respect the privacy of our residents, but in the situation as it appears Ms*** is not providing adequate information She was in a small one bedroom apartment, and was transferred by her request We provided Ms*** with a two bedroom due to her having neighbor issues There was no communication information found by email from the email address that she provided the office; or by the email that she provided the Revdex.com There was email notification of one voice mail left on the May 16th of this year at 7:pm of her toilet over flowing There were no written communications from this resident.
