I appreciate there willingness for me to bring the car in for a review and conversation. I am not rejecting this action, but that alone will not "resolve" my complaint. It will depend on what happens from there.This is a good first step though.
At this point Mr. [redacted] needs to call us so we can coordinate an appointment when our paint company representative can attend, or we can come to Mr. [redacted]s location. At that appointment hopefully we will determine whether there is a problem with:The materials we used to refinish the vehicle or our application of the materials. If neither problem is found, then it most likely would be stone chipping from road debris. Stone chips are not covered under the paint manufacturers warranty. However, that doesn't mean we won't still work with Mr. [redacted] to resolve the problem.
