First, my radiator sprung a leak, causing my car to overheat and need towing. Riffey's did a great job installing a new radiator on my 2001 Toyota Sequoia - for a very fair price, and FAST.
When I drove the car home however, it was sputtering and shaking and the Check Engine light came on. I wasn't sure if this was related to my new radiator, so I took it back to Riffey's. Owner [redacted] took the time to work me into his schedule, quickly discovered that the problem was fouled and loose spark plugs, and replaced them pronto. [redacted] also took the time to bring the parts over and explain the situation to me, which I greatly appreciated as a non-car guy.
These folks are GOOD, personable and charge fair prices. The only down side is that they do not accept credit/debit cards, so bring your checkbook.
Anyway, take all your cars there - I'm now a Riffey's customer for life!
