The business has contacted the co-owner that lives in Texas and has cussed her up one side and down the other She has disputed the charges made on her credit card with the credit card company and the credit card company decided on their own to pull the money until the dispute was settled The business retained the credit card number and re-charged the number again and it was discovered by the credit card company, thus requiriing the co-onwer in Texas to have to change her credit card Thus, business owner has threatened to sue co-owner in Texas when he is in total breach of contract stating that he REFUSED to come to premises to remove the water that he had already done the job He has admitted that he has left water in the basement but the contract stated that he would remove the water, and the sludge and etcwhich he did not do There was no natural gas in the water, there was human excretion If he was so worried that he was going to get sick why did he not get a hazard suit a wear it which at no time did heHis truck with his garden hose was not pumping out anywhere near that amount of water and that the water that was being pumped out should have gone into a truck and dumped into a hazard waste site If he knows about this kind of buiness, he should know that It is a moot point about how long the water was down therethe company that we hired that took care of the problem had EVERYTHING taken care of in a week and our gas was back on [redacted] went out of town that week and he just couldn't take the things back that he shouldn't have rented in the first place He owes [redacted] 's roommate money for doing HIS job and for moving his equipment that was in the way and for going in that messfailure to pay her will result in litigation of [redacted] *** He is hiding something, he did not respond to the credit card company but to the person directly and cussing her out This unprofessional and attacking behavior will not be tolerated NO LONGER [redacted] either act like a grownup and face what you did and quit smoke screening and attacking all of us and lying or face the consequences I"m prepared to literally ruin you if I have to
