Thank you for the opportunity to respond to respond to this complaint.
On the  7/2/2014 I recieved a phone call from co-home owner [redacted] stating she was holding water in her basement. I accepted the job and arrived promplty. Upon entering the home, I quickly realized this was...

sewage. From the Odor alone I knew this sewage had sat for at least 2 weeks. When confronted with that question,  they said maybe longer. When I got to the basement, their was over a foot and a half of black water. I very nearly got sick being that close to the water. I ask why it took so long to call, they replied that they didn't notice until a cat came up wet and realized it was the reason they where out of hot water. The water took out the burner and now gas is being pumped in the water. I quickly realized the only way to eliminate the water fast enough was to extract the water into the yard. I couldn't carry the water because of the gas it contained. Yes, of course I brought in a bigger pump. The one on my truck extracts 660 gallons an hour, @ 7,770 gallons, I brought in a pumped extracting 55 gallons a minute. I didnt know the scope of the job until I could see it. Once the basement was extracted to 1/8 of an inch, I called it a night. It was 8:00pm by then. I first arrived at 4:30pm and missed the equipment rental office in time.they close at 5:00pm. My equipment was in other homes and besides,  I cant place equipment until the water stops coming up. So the home owner and I agreed its best to get a plumber in first thing the following morning. I left my pump and hoses in place and unplugged the pump. Which was extended corded up to the kitchen outlet. I unplugged her toaster for its place. I convinced them they should not be breathing this toxic odor and suggested they hotel it for a day or so. The homeowner is disabled and her roomate is suffering from weak arms. Her words, not mine.  We closed the garage door over my hose and the home was secure.  I left. Because we weren't sure if the water would rise again without the plumber their yet is why I left he equipment there . I was at another water job I recieved before this one at the time her plumber was to be there. I arrived first thing in the  morning at the rental office and rented the equipment before I lost out. They knew this and agreed it made since to wait on a plumber. I  recieved a phone call stating the plumber would not work until all the water was completely removed, I asked the plumber to plug the pump if he wouldn't mind. He did. Said it wasnt his job. After being let down, I asked the homeowner to plug in the pump and in fifteen mins, she would be good to go.we hung up. Well...that didn't happen either. When I got there, their was no plumber and the problem was still there. I had a van full of commercial grade equipment ready to install but still couldn't. It was Friday, and her new plumber couldn't be there until the next day. Once he was done, they were to call me and let me know the source was fixed.
Instead, I got a call from the other co owner who lives in texas and controls the money when fixing the home in ohio. She feels its best I not come back and to retrieve my equipment as soon as possible.  Stunned, I ask if she mind telling me why. She said I used bad language when on the phone with the plumber and that I demanded the roomate to get in the water to move the equipment. Not the case. I asked if she would plug in the pump, by the toaster. I called the old plumber [redacted] useless if he wasnt willing to help a disabled woman in need. The lady in texas saw my point of view and asked if I wouldnt mind her talking to them before anything was settled. This is happening now on Saturday. The rental office is closed until tuesday. Dont hear from anyone until Sunday. When its settled that I will not be coming back. The lady in texas is just as upset as I am but doesn't realize shes paying for equipment they wont allow me to install. The lady in texas has already agreed to rent the equipment friday afternoon because of the long weekend and the office being  closed. So now its sunday and ive got a van full of unused equipment.  What do I tell the rental place? I didnt use them? They've heard that for sure. They charge for time out. The lady in texas agreed to all deductibles pryor to me charging them. And now they took all the money back. Not a little bit, all of it. Disputed both charges and have left me doing the work for free and giving me a bad review. Incredible.

The business has contacted the co-owner that lives in Texas and has cussed her up one side and down the other.  She has disputed the charges made on her credit card with the credit card company and the credit card company decided on their own to pull the money until the dispute was settled.  The business retained the credit card number and re-charged the number again and it was discovered by the credit card company, thus requiriing the co-onwer in Texas to have to change her credit card.  Thus, business owner has threatened to sue co-owner in Texas when he is in total breach of contract stating that he REFUSED to come to premises to remove the water that he had already done the job.  He has admitted that he has left water in the basement but the contract stated that he would remove the water, and the sludge and etc. which he did not do.  There was no natural gas in the water, there was human excretion.  If he was so worried that he was going to get sick why did he not get a hazard suit a wear it which at no time did he. His truck with his garden hose was not pumping out anywhere near that amount of water and that the water that was being pumped out should have gone into a truck and dumped into a hazard waste site.  If he knows about this kind of buiness, he should know that.  It is a moot point about how long the water was down there. the company that we hired that took care of the problem had EVERYTHING taken care of in a week and our gas was back on.  [redacted] went out of town that week and he just couldn't take the things back that he shouldn't have rented in the first place.  He owes [redacted]'s roommate money for doing HIS job and for moving his equipment that was in the way and for going in that mess. failure to pay her will result in litigation of [redacted].  He is hiding something, he did not respond to the credit card company but to the person directly and cussing her out.  This unprofessional and attacking behavior will not be tolerated NO LONGER.  [redacted] . either act like a grownup and face what you did and quit smoke screening and attacking all of us and lying or face the consequences.  I"m prepared to literally ruin you if I have to.
