This customer called up 10-17-at 5:PM regarding a GE dishwasher that did not drainThe customer scheduled the call for 3:PM on 10-21- Our service technician John *** went to her home and found the drain pump had a broken internal part He recommended that the pump be
replaced The customer did not return any calls to us regarding this repairAfter no hearing from her we billed her $for a service call 12-12-

This customer order the *** part 3-6- At the time it was ordered they were told that it was a special order part that could not be returned The customer picked up the part 3-9- It is the correct part based on the information they gave us About a week ago
they asked if they could return the part They were told that it was a special order part and could not be returned They are trying to put the part in a Maytag range The part is for a Maytag The box the part came in says "WHIRLPOOL CORPORATION FACTORY CERTIFIED PARTS" Most Maytag parts say this on the packaging since Maytag is owned by Whirlpool

I am rejecting this response because:
Bottom line, the part is incorrectI would like to return and get my money backMy husband was unaware that you couldn't return the part! From working in retail, I have always been taught that the customer always comes first
