Ms ***, I contacted the customer to let her know that I had an emergency in the family and had to travel and that I would take care of it as soon as I couldShe was very inpatient and we made a couple of appts, but it rained those day so I couldn't take care of it those timesI was very
nice with her and even put in metal posts without charging her extra as metal posts are more expensiveI will be happy to fix the problem when it is convenient for both of usThank you, *** *** Dominion Fences and Decks ***

This customer never gave me $15,I did this job in for parts the first part was or garage or Barn on this property this property is almost a hundred years old he wanted to Port inch Concrete in a barn for a recreation purposes I did that the job turn out very good honey like it he paid me for
that part but he asked me how much it cost to do the other part of the driveway cuz it was a lot of mud and I give you a price so it was very good and he agreed and I finishedThen he asked me to do the third segment and he like that he paid me part of it and told me that his wife is expecting to close on a big deal they're selling real estate and when she get the money she'll give me the balance of it I poured it Forward segment when the job was complete you complain about some hairline cracks and he needed some lines I went back and I corrected it and I put the lines on the concrete with a concrete saw and I filled all cracks wood epoxy after the job was done I asked for my payment and he cussed me out and tell me to get off his property make it them to leave get my concrete saw and his wife roll it back in the yard and told me she's not giving me my concrete saw I told her that's all I have and I'm not going to leave it on my car I held onto it and she said I'm going to go get my gun I was afraid I left the saw mentioned this I mentioned s to him and he said his wife don't have a gun it's hard to believe cuz I I was threatened by a gun before and I'm not going to take the risk so I left the property without the saw and then he called me back and told me to go get the saw that you left at the the gate unlocked and I went to pick it up this man never paid me all that money he still owe me a lot of money honey have the audacity after I went back times to do a job for him obviously he liked the job the first and the second and the third segment but when I was finished he complain about everything so he can avoid paying me I guess his wife didn't close enough big deal after all figure Commission so didn't have the money to pay me that's a whole deal

I am rejecting this response because the gates are absolutely in the contract.  His argument that "gaps" are not in the contract, the only thing in the contract was 274' fence, single front gate, double rear gate, and cleanup. I didn't get rear gate, he didn't clean up,  the fence wasn't going to turn out to look like the picture I initially sent, the fence itself was incomplete, the workmanship was shoddy. I had to hire another contract to come in to add the gate, and to reinforce the fence. Before the new contractor did the repairs you couldn't lean on the fence without breaking through it.  If the fence would have been built correctly, I wouldn't have had to pay someone an additional $1500.  I tried to work with this company, and wanted to trust them, they didn't hold up their end.  I will be filing a lawsuit in small claims court and I am confident that I will win that case.
Regards,

I am rejecting this response because: it is unfactual and after reading other complaints made to Revdex.com I wish I had had prior knowledge that this company is incompetent and has a bad track record. Several of the other people experienced exacty what I endured. And this man has the audacity to call me a lier. Not only does this company do poor workmanship but also the management is untrustworthy. This company needs to be removed from doing further damage to other people.

Fence project was complete except that Mr. [redacted] wife [redacted] wasn't happy about the fence. Never spoken to [redacted] until after I had finished the project. Long story short, I had to redo the entire fence cutting each board and inch from one another in order to make it look like it had gaps. Process took several days and $680.00 in labor cost. I stated to both customer that they violated their contract with us since it wasn't Dominion responsibility to redo their mistake of miscommunication. I have proof of communication stating that there was no need for gaps in fence, and contract stating that gaps aren't in the contract. Customer didn't pay me the $680.00 of extra labor to meet [redacted] expectations. Instead I didn't build a double gate which was free from start of job, since it costs 650.00 to build custom wooden double gate. Again, customer violated their contract when I had to redo their mistake.

Regards,
[redacted]that is an absolute lie. I recently had a professional from keystone concrete come to my house and view the job. He stated the job was one of the worst he's seen. He stated there should have been expansion joints every 10 feet and that was never done. He stated there was no way for the concrete to expand and that's why all the cracks. The cracks are not hairline crack in fact the concrete is coming up. I also showed the professional pictures of them prepping the concrete and the rebar should have been in 8" sq and they did 14-18" sq in order to save money. For the record I only asked for one section to be done and it was [redacted] that offered to do the second section. He's the one that said he'd give a good price. After the second section was done they created an area where we had standing water and a mosquito haven. He did the third section because it was the second not way to fix it. 150'x60' pad of concrete and no expansion joints at all. The balance of 1300 wasn't paid because the job was never finished. I should have never had to pay any money up front but [redacted] always said I don't have the money for the concrete and ask that I pay up front. The businessmans response is a total lie. I have experts that have to the property and testimony I will be moving forward with. I've had two expert companies come to my house and both estimated it would cost $30k to fix his job.
