Review: The contractor agreed to upgrade our shower. The floor has failed multiple times. After coming back a couple of times to try to repair the defect, the contractor abandoned the site, and his phone number is no longer in service, so we cannot get in touch. The work was fully paid for as well, so now we're out the full cost of the work.Desired Settlement: The contractor must either complete the work in a manner such that it doesn't fail again, or refund the labor and cost of the materials, excepting the shower door, which is fine.
