I was not invoiced for 5 months after my initial visit. When I was invoiced, $224 was taken from my checking account without any kind of notification whatsoever. I do not know what happened to my deposit as I was never given a statement. I never received promised copies of the paperwork I signed at the outset.
The assigned ID of *** involving an accumulation of invoices over a five-month period, that was then debited to the account. We did an internal review of our practices as soon as the concern was voiced and found that due to the infrequency of services to this client, the invoicing and debiting of the account fell outside of our current system set up. We have changed the invoicing process to alleviate the possibility of this happening in future accounts. Additionally, I spoke with the family member who communicated that our services met her mother’s needs, and was glad to hear that our previous billing/debiting practice was addressed alleviating a similar scenario in the future. The family members deposit was utilized to pay the remaining invoice, and remaining funds were returned. We appreciated the ability to serve this client, and we apologized for the delay of invoicing and debiting the customer’s account. Thank you, ***, Owner and Managing Director
