The office staff is really the disgrace of this companyDiane and Jackie especiallyThey do have some great caregivers, but others that have clearly not been trained at all, and a few that are arrogant and disrespectful to us in our own home caring for our motherThe office staff makes it clear that our expectations for basic daily needs to be met as promised make us "bossy" and "OCD" (things their office staff have actually told new caregivers about us before sending them to our home)We are paying this company over $THOUSAND a month to be spoken of so disrespectfullyThey often just do not send any caregivers for scheduled shifts at all leaving us scrambling to adjust our family plans at the last minuteWith a large, young family, this is not always so easyI've had a caregiver fall asleep on their shift leaving my mother unattended during his napJackie later tried to send this one back to us, and then responded annoyed because I refusedI had a caregiver come out during our daughter's 1st birthday party and say in front of ALL of our guests that our mother had an accident and she needed to clean it up (she actually demonstrated with her hands the poop falling behind her on the floor)I had a caregiver not change our mother's extremely full brief and let her sit at our dining room table leaking urine all over the floorThat same caregiver left a fully soiled brief in our bathtub instead of properly disposing itOn each of these instances we have called the office and the owners asking for those caregivers to not be sent back to our home (with good reason!), they clearly retaliate against our demands for basic quality care at such a high price tag by talking about us negatively and not working hard to fill shiftsOur mother has Early Onset Alzheimer's, she's young, active and healthy, but lacks the mental capacity to understand basic tasks or stay focused on anything for any period of timeThey recently decided to tell us that her activity level makes her too difficult of a clienta perfectly happy, sweet, affectionate client with Alzheimer's is too much work for a company whom sells themselves as in home caregivers for people with Alzheimer'sThere is an awful shortage of care options in the Rogue Valley, and we are trying our hardest to make this work with them until we can secure another care option, but the constant disrespect and rudeness from Right at Home is so unprofessional and very disheartening in an already very emotional and difficult stage of our family's lifeI would much rather still have my intelligent, talented, DIY crafting expert mother to enjoy with her grandbabies and not be dealing with such a horrible diseaseI had hoped our caregivers would help relieve some of that stress, not constantly make us feel awful about trying to take good care of our beautiful mother
