Hi my name is Marcos, with Right Car Auto Sales LLC, I'm writing you in response to complain  ID [redacted].First I would like to thanks the costumer for giving us the opportunity to helped her, and sell her a vehicle. However, I fell disappointed because We really helped this customer. We when...

out of our way to provided not only excellent service but a good quality running vehicle that met all her needs and expectations. When we first met, the costumer was with a group of people, about six or seven. They were unsure who was going to be the driver, or who the vehicle was for. One of the person said that he was the grandson of the main buyer, and that the car was for him. They bought a 1999 Pontiac Firebird, because it was sporty and inexpensive, $2900.00. Credit was not good and vehicle was old, so we, Right Car had to financed the car in order to helped them/her. About six weeks later, they come back and told me that they need a four  door  car and she wanted to returned the 1999 Pontiac Firebird. Event though the Firebird was damaged, I give then a full refund for the car, and sold them A 2006 Chrysler Sebring. At that time, I thought that they just made a mistake and really need a four door car. How ever, after we did the transaction, I discovered that the car was damaged. It looked  like someone had run over a big rock that and hit the oil pan and part of the front suspension. The vehicle had been damaged underneath. It was not safe to sell it to a consumer, consequently, we had to take it to the Albuquerque Auto Auction, and sold it for $ 850.00 minus the auction fees. That atthe end, we only got $650.00. I was very disappointed on the costumer because they were not honest it  all. When we sold them that 2006 Chrysler, we did everything possible to help them. The car had been through our mechanical inspection, and we  found that it needed it a serpentine belt, a motor mount, and a oil and filter change. We gladly did the work and sold the car to the customer. The vehicle was in excellent running condition at the time of delivery! However at the time of delivery, the customer did not had the full down payment, and ask me if We can give her time to pay for it. We gladly agreed to do that because we wanted to helped her and everyone that it was with her, and thought that she really need it the vehicle. And as In the past, customer was not honest it all. They/she has not made one single payment for the amount  of $520.00 that we lend her for the loan.About a month later, the grandson came in to see us,  and he wanted for us to help him buy an alternator. He said that it was for the same car that they had purchased. We gladly help him and, not only bought it, but we paid for it too. At that time, We asked if we can help him installing it, but he said that he was going to do it himself. About three months later from the time that they bought the 06 Sebring, the grandmother, who we had sold the vehicle to, came into our office. She complained that the engine was making some noice, and that about four different people had been driving the car, 06 Sebring. She told us that they had damaged the engine. She ask me if I can help her with it, and check it for her. I gladly told her to take it to our mechanic and we'll check it for her. About tow or three days later,  she took the vehicle to our mechanic. The Mechanic diagnostic was that there was no coolant or any water in the vehicle. The coolant system wan empty, and perhaps somebody drove the vehicle for a very long time without any water. This caused the engine to over heat. He also commented that whoever had been driving the Chrysler Sebring, had run the vehicle for a very long time in order for the engine to give out. At that time, I told the customer what the mechanic had said. I also told her that if she needed any help fixing it, that we will help her. At the end of the year, 2016 or the beginning of this new year, she came by and told us that Social Security was going to help her repairing the vehicle. She needed an estimate so she can submitted to the Social Security Office, and that they were going to pay for the repairs. We made an estimate, based on replacing the engine for a used one. We consider all the parts and labor that we were going to need in order to repair the Chrysler, and We gave her an estimate. She told us that she will be in touch and thank us for it. We did everything that we could in order to help her and we were honest too.Second, the vehicle was finance with a bank,  and the bank and her own the vehicle. All we did was helped her with the first purchased, 1999 Pontiac Firebird, witch they destroyed, and we lost about $2,000.00 in the sell of that car; helped her with the trading and give her 100% of what they had paid for the Pontiac; helped her with financing on the 2006 Chrysler Sebring. Even though, her chances of financing were very low base on her past credit; helped her by lending her $520.00 for the down payment so she can afford the Sebring, that she had not pay for it!I really feel bad for her, however, I have helped her a lot. More that any other person probably would do So. It was not our fault that someone drove the vehicle with a empty coolant system. I told her that we will help repairing the engine, and we will do it for our cost, and we will keep our word!!Thank you for thanking the time, and we are really sorry about what has happened to this costumer. If you or her would like to contact us, feel free to do so. Just in case that you need them, we have all the proper documentation on hand, repairs and parts receipts, and a promissory statement of the down payment that we lend her.Sincerely: Marcos R[redacted].[redacted].
