Owner provided the following response to complaint: He installed the ice maker for this consumer and the problems she is now having has nothing to do with the ice makerHe said she has a bad water valueHe is not willing to offer a refundHe did not return phone calls to the consumer and did not tell her he felt her problem is the water valueWhen I asked about his day guarantee, he insisted the problem is a bad water valve and is a separate issue than water his guarantee covers

They never returned to fix the leakMy husband and myself made several calls to them, they promised to come out and never didOur washer didn't leak prior to them coming to our home to fix itI have mine and my husbands call log to prove the number of times we called to get this resolvedThey were paid and they never completed the serviceNot once have I heard back from them after stating there were coming back out

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Business owner installed an ice maker without checking the current one - he just made an assumptionMy original statement to him was that our current ice maker was leaking water. He replaced the ice maker and never turned the water back on and told us we had to wait until it got up to temperature He did not check to see if it was still leaking waterIf he had addressed the leaking water in the first place he could have fixed the valve initially and not installed another ice maker Business owner did not answer multiple calls and never showed up after rescheduling the appointment multiple times We did not need a new ice maker and will exchange the one they brought for our money back
