After being in constant contact the vehicle was repossessed and without written correspondence that such actions were going to be taken. We purchased the 2006 [redacted] at the end of June with $500.00 down and a payment of $185.00 every two weeks for the remainder of the term. Admittedly there was a missed payment and when my wife went in to make both payments they refused it because of it being an out of state check. During this time my Brother In-law was rushed to [redacted] and almost lost his life which was explained to [redacted] the account manager on more than one occasion. She claimed she did not know of this even though I do have the cell phone logs to prove communication was going on. They continued to harass my family when after letting them know what was going on if we did not answer the phone because of other things going on they would call my family. I received many text messages from [redacted] and again after letting her know what was going on the messages and calls continued to happen every day until we stopped answering all together because there was no longer a point to it. Because of this they have repossessed the vehicle and we are out the down payment and all of the payments that we made like clock work prior to this.Desired SettlementI desire either the refund of my initial down payment of $500.00 plus the return of the after market stereo that was installed shortly after getting the vehicle or the vehicle returned with our making the missed payment and continue on with the term of the contract. I feel this is reasonable considering the circumstances and the constant harassment that caused the communication break down in the first place by them. Business Response After review with the finance company, [redacted], is has been determined that[redacted] is eligible to be reinstated into his vehicle loan as long as he is completely caught up on all payments at the time of picking up the vehicle. The finance company has also agreed to waive the standard $500 repossession fee. [redacted] currently needs to pay $681.50 which will get him caught up on his regular payment including the collateral protection insurance (CPI) coverage for the vehicle and the $29.60 late charge.[redacted]'s next regularly scheduled payment will be due on 11/20/2015 for the amount of $217.30 which includes the regular payment and CPI coverage on the vehicle. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Because after speaking with the Right a way before they responded with this we were told that we would have to pay out the entire contract we began making other plans. Second of all we are not going to pay for a vehicle that they took and that we had no access to so their numbers are a little askew. We will agree to $681.50 which covers the past due amounts they are claiming up to the point of them taking the vehicle AND the current payment when we pick up the vehicle which would be the 4th of December since as I said we had already started making other plans since they said we would have to pay off the vehicle. Not going to pay for not having a vehicle sorry.Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)We are not going to pay for a vehicle that we have not had. More than willing to pay up to the point that they took the vehicle and then the current payment but will not pay for a vehicle we didn't have. If this is unacceptable then we go back to our original request. Final Business Response The finance company's decision is final.[redacted]'s contract is a simple interest contract and cannot be altered to accommodate a lapse in payments. All payments are due as spelled out in the contract.

Purchased a Reclining Couch with drop down table in Oct 2014 in the FALLON NV location. I have called and also emailed the company stating the couch they delivered was defective and they never answered or called me about this issue now ONLY a few months have gone by and they still have not called me back or replied to my email and the couch is falling apart and there has only been normal sitting and relaxing on this "reclining" couch. My husband went to relax and almost fell backwards because the couch did not work properly.Product_Or_Service: [redacted]Order_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI want my full Refund of the original purchase price of $644.75.Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted] Op. MgrContact Phone: 7754233163Contact Email: [redacted]@ownrightaway.comWe became aware of this issue in November. We contacted [redacted] and she told us about a scuff on the sofa. We offered her a 15% discount on her next item and to repair the sofa with the scuff. We lost contact with her after that until now. We have made an arrangement to swap her damaged sofa for a brand new sofa at no cost to her. She says she is very happy now and we hope that this issue is resolved.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I have spoke with the company and they have offered to do a trade, but when we went to look at the couch they showed via text message it had paint and a small rip in the fabric on the back of the couch, so I spoke with [redacted] and [redacted] and said that at this point we would just like to get our full refund back and they agreed, so I am just waiting for them to get back with me on when that will happen.Final Business Response Right Away has taken care of this matter. We have been in constant communication with the customer and have come to a resolution. We have refunded the full amount requested by the customer and offered an additional discount on any future items. The customer has told us that they are happy and that this matter is resolved.

Reposed my vehicle after I told them I was filling for a chapt. 13 I had 5 days left to honor my down payment. asking me to surrender the other oneOn 5/30/2014 my spouse and I purchased a 2002 Chevy Blazer 4x4 with a bi-weekly payment of 190.00 and $500 down. on 6/17/2014 an extension agreement was made on the required down payment. the agreement was on 6/20 pay $250 for the 02 blazer and $500 for 1998 Ford Expedition plus the bi-weekly payment of 190. On 6/20 $750 was given in cash plus a check for $190 was rendered for the first payment. the agreement was to pay $125 on 6/27 and 7/5 for the remainder of the down payment. On 6/25 I notified them my spous's job had reduced her hours which was to assist with the down payment. On 6/30 while discussing the payment option I mentioned we were filing a chapt13 bankruptcy and asked if they could work with us through out the month for the remainder of the down payment and on 7/3 a payment of $390 would be made for the bi-weekly payments. I was then contacted and informed the call has been made to repo the blazer and they want us to surrender the expedition with a full refund of $500 for the expedition. I told the rep to notify the finance company and let them know I will be selling some items to come up with the down payment. The rep said it is to late the call has been made to repo the vehicle. I missed the 6/27 down payment of 125 but was attempting to work with the company when I had 5 days left to pay the remainder of the required down as well as a payment. I am asking to have a complete refund of 500 for the blazer as I will also be surrendering the other vehicle to them and taking my business someone else.Desired SettlementRefund both down payments for the two vehicles ($1000)Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted]Contact Phone: [redacted]Contact Email: [redacted]Consumers desired resolution was approved and processed on 7/3/2014.
