Star value may change depending on RAD,LLC ability to resolve my issue.
I started with RAD in June 2017. Between that time and November 2019 my fees had increased from $30.00 to $91.65, due to the increase I stopped service with RAD in March of 2020 and should only owe for one months charge.
When I spoke with customer service she said I owed the full amount of $91.65 even tho two of those months I was paying a different company and RAD was not providing service. She also expressed it is written into the contract that this was an agreement I signed off on. I requested a copy of that statement and have not received one.
The web site does not provide a spot to make a partial payment nor would she take one over the phone. It does not provide me with initial statement and it does not provided me with services provided for and charged for during March and April as there are none. If I agreed to it by signature I will honor that, however, no one has not been able to provide that for me nor can I find it on their website.
I am now receiving threats to be turned into the credit company.
I am unable to reach an actual person to talk to and left a text message with their online customer service. We shall see how this pans out.
