Right Away Movers

I am writing to you about Louis P. of
Right Away Movers who has damaged all of our furniture *** and replaced them with garbage. I phoned him a couple of times and asked him where he put our things and the last time he told me not to call him any more and to ***. This is no way to talk to a client or treat them. I am demanding my things either be returned and paid for in the condition they were in before he touched the things and broke all our things and some of them were antique too. When he returned our goods, he threw the boxes in any room and so high we could not even reach them. This is no way to run a business at all. I am demanding Louis pay for all this damage he has done to our furniture and a lot of our things are missing too. He has overcharged my Mom too who is 84 years old and took advantage of her in every way he possibly could and he promised to pay me back for the boxes we went to pick up at *** on Wilson Ave., in Toronto and I never seen my funds to this day. ***. ***. ***Sincerely,
