Amazing! Helped with understanding the complicated details of applying for college as well as the main things that both students and parents need to be concerned about financial wise

After attending the Right C3 College Planning workshop, I felt very satisfied with the information that they gave us and I feel that it was a success to attend the workshop. The people that helped us were very kind and showed that they are very competent in what they do. The woman that interviewed my son and my husband and I, was very helpful and explained thoroughly about each process that Right C3 takes. I approve and would recommend Right C3 to other parents that are trying to help their child with college preparation.

My family experienced financial hardship during the payment period. Right C3 will not do anything to cancel the payment plan.
My daughter [redacted] was signed up for services on 1/17/14 at a workshop with [redacted] They awarded her a $1000 scholarship which lowered the cost of the program to $1083 with finance charge ($19 wk. for 57 weeks). The workshop was a huge sales pitch that I was blindsided by. In return for my $19 a week they were to help "prep" my daughter for college. Initially the $19 a week wasn't a problem. My husband became disabled and unable to work during this time, which was unforeseen. I contacted Right C3 3 weeks ago to explain my issue and see if there was anyway to cancel. No one contacted me back. 4/09/14 called and talked to a billing rep that informed me there was no option for canceling. I then asked for a manager ([redacted]) of whom contacted me back to tell me I could defer or lower my payments. This does not help me, I can barely pay my bills much less put food on the table right now. I know I was in contract, but you would think that a legit company that was truly concerned with helping would think past financial gain. Apparently Right C3 is only concerned with filling their own pockets, no matter the strain or suffering put on their targeted families!!
