I am writing you regarding the issue with Mrs and Mr [redacted] they contact our company inquiring about air duct cleaningWe set an appointment for Mr [redacted] and Mrs [redacted] for January 29th The technician named Noy arrive to their house and gave them a free estimate on site After reviewing the estimate and discus the issue that we found with the technician they decided to proceed with the cleaning of the HVAC systemThe technician complited the job within few hours to their satisfactionAfter reviewing the before and after pictures they sign of the invoice and paid us with credit cardFew months later, on Sunday, March 1st,they call the office claiming that their HVAC isn't workingthey were transfer to the owner that explain to them that the fact that the AC isn't working can not be beaches of the cleaning but still offer to send out an HVAC guy to check the system free of charge, and explain to them that if the problem isn't related to the cleaning there will be a charge of $75.00$ service call fee plus the repair costafter trying to schedule a comfortable time for them and for the HVAC guy (third party contractor) for couple of days with no successes, the owner Adam H [redacted] went to their house to inspect the work that was done and the HVAC SystemHe found that the system was clean and didn't see any problem that can be related with the cleaningmoreover he saw that the fan was ON but the cooling system (AC) was OFFMr H [redacted] explain to Mr [redacted] how to use their HVAC system (Mr H [redacted] didn't charge them for any service or his time and explain that the problem is NOT related with the cleaning).Later that day, Mrs [redacted] called and ask to know what was done at her housethe dispatch transfer the call directly to Mr H [redacted] to take care of her personally, Mr H [redacted] explain what was at the house and she maid a claim that they know how to operate the HVAC system so Mr H [redacted] suggest for them to get an AC guy to check the systemAlso recommend on AC guyOn may 23t 2016, Mr H [redacted] got text message on his personal cell phone from Mrs [redacted] claiming she wants her money back or else she will sue himShe kept treating him for a few days and weeks telling us that she will fill a complain on the Revdex.com and make bad reviews onlineMr H [redacted] tried to reason with her but she said she will accept ONLY a full refund or elseMr H [redacted] told her that if that is the case she more then welcome to go head and sue usWe haven't herd from her since then until that complain from the Revdex.comWhile all of that happening Mr H [redacted] was overseas at that time for a family emergency and by the time he get back to the State, he came back only after his father past away his wife tried contacting the Revdex.com to explain the situationWe attached to this Email the original invoice from the day that the work was donesome of the text messages that was sent to Mr H [redacted] cell phone We will appreciate your considering reopening the case due to the fact that Mr H [redacted] who was handle that case personally and know the fact by him self wasn't here to give his respond Best regards Adam H***

This company is a fraudI called this company and I told him that my AC was not coolingHe then proceeded to tell me to have a HVAC cleaning doneAfter months and months of my AC not cooling I called another company who told me that I all I needed was Freon which I had to pay another $forI called the owner of this company who then told me that they do not offer that type of serviceI then told him that he should have told me that in the beginning and I would have went to another companyHe proceeded to tell me that I did not tell him thatI told him to listen to the call and call me backI have not heard from him since thenI trusted this company because of good reviews and I ended up paying more money than expectedIf you pull the calls you will see that I told him multiple times that my AC was not cooling and he did not tell me one time that he does not offer Freon as a service. I do not want my money backI just want other people to know not to trust this companyI don't want them to end up paying money that they don't have to payPlease investigate further
