I found Right Choice Refrigeration & Appliance Repair, LLC on the Revdex.com website and I found that Right Choice was truly the right choice to repair my office appliance (Refrigerator). I had spoken previously to several companies before contacting Right Choice and they could not give me any information until I let them come out to give me an estimate of the repair. My next call was Right Choice and to my surprise the Secretary, Emma, was very helpful and informing. She listen to what I had to say about my repair needs and she gave me a lot of information. She then contacted one of the technicians, Kevin, and also to my surprise, Kevin pretty much told me all that he can think of what the problem could be. Because of Emma's and Kevin's honesty and transparency, I felt that this is the right company for me. When Kevin came out, 2 of the problems that he mentioned on the phone, even before I paid him was the issue. I am happy to know that there are still, courteous, honest, and reliable companies out there that are more concerned about our repairs than our money. I recommend this company to everyone.

I called this company to come out to my mother and father in law's home in order to look at their oven which was not heating. When I called the office, the phone was answered promptly and the lady who helped me was friendly and professional. We scheduled an appointment, the repairman came out, he was on time and professional and most importantly, he was able to fix the problem.

So, these guys really know what they are doing. They fixed my dying dryer in a timely fashion. They are prompt, professional, reasonably priced and most of all professional. I had another company to "fix" my appliance and they ended up only trickling me it off money. Explaining what you're ding with your clients is very important! Anyway, just know I'm darned pleased at their work!
