I had a great experience with Chuck at The Right MoversI called 713-373-and Chuck was there to help me with a same day move in minutesHim and his team took their time and made sure everything was wrapped up and secured down in the moving truckI give the stars out of

The owner, [redacted] called me to make sure that the damaged table was addressedWe worked it out and he sent a carpenter to repair our tableAccidents happen and it is nice when those accidents can be repaired with a little time, glue, paint, and nailsA class act! Many Thanks!!!!!

Horrible just down right no goodThey moved my house contents to our new house not even a mile down the road and broke dressers and dented our brand new stainless fridgeI brushed off the dressers because they were not all that expensiveI could not however brush off the fridgeI gave them plenty of documentation and time to make it right and all I got was the runaround and promisesI would say to stay away from them unless your ok with damaged property that u will have to pay for to get fixed yourself

boxes, had a long walk, and contracted only two menThat's what made the time and price extendBoxes needed to be brought at the last minute because the booking customer cancelled and then re-hired us at the last minute so movers who thought they had no work the night before were sprung into action at the last minute. The movers tell a different story in that for the first hour there was indecisiveness regarding what goes and what stays
The customers displayed a very poor level of comprehension when it comes to time and rateMost customers are able to watch their time and as their cost accordinglyFor whatever reason, the paying customer felt that she could throw in a cap budget and force the hand of the movers mid-way during the move.
The owner was encouraged by the movers to take a look at the situationThe owner decided to work as a third man at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE for and a half hours to appease the customer's complaintWith a 3rd man (supervisor), watching over and doing the work, only half of her belongings in and a half hours made it to the truck down stairs and was correctly packedTo proportion, anyone could see then that if men where working from the beginning, due to the distance, it would have taken about a hour load and a six hour job which would have still priced the customer in the early $500's for the job

Even on a way conference call with her attorney, I explained everything and she still had no grounds to demand a partial paymentThe contract was subject to being affixed from the beginning when she signed her name and made it known that she is the person in charge

The customer was grasping at straws for anything including questioning in front of the police if I, the owner had legal grounds to video record her items being unloaded for my own documentationHundreds of customers pay above $for their movesThis particular customer adamently refused to do so for whatever personal reasons and is deciding to make it a sound board for everyone, despite having more ideal circumstances, to not move with this companySounds like slander

No experienced workers were available for the move
Customer was given a hour discount then later on issued a full refund for the move plus an additional $*** to assist in recovery
To activate extensive coverage on insurance, customer must
return the $*** compensation checkPay the full price of $*** and submit a deductable of $***, per the guidelines set forth in the contrcaregarding extensive coverage, and the Company will actively replace all items broken

For the love of God do not do business with this company. I was scheduled for a 9 am move and when I called at 9:05 to make sure we were still good to go, he didn't even remember! Even though I received an email with all of the information we had discussed as well as the time and date. Chuck (the owner) said he would have someone to our apartment in 30 minutes... we'll, 2 hours later someone finally showed up. I can at least say the two guys who showed up to move were awesome. Dave and Mike were efficient and handled everything with care. I was very pleased with their work. As for the owner, was a joke. I was quoted $179 for the first two hours and $69 for time after that. The move lasted a total of two hours and 20 minutes so we didn't end up paying for 3 plus the credit card fee. When asked about any discount since they were so late, chuck refused. Do not, I repeat, do not do business with this company. Suck it up and pay the higher rates everyone else has.

I had a great experience with Chuck at The Right Movers. I called 713-373-6972 and Chuck was there to help me with a same day move in 30 minutes. Him and his team took their time and made sure everything was wrapped up and secured down in the moving truck. I give the 5 stars out of 5
