Beware people!! I got scammed with these people. On June 22 I signed a contract for pickup of my auto June 30-July 2. Paul is the name of the person I initially dealt with and he was more than happy to take my deposit ($150) on that day. After that he pretty much ghosted me and my car sat for 14 days with no response from Paul or the “owner” Christian. I sent numerous text messages and emails and voicemails trying to get information. No response!! I then waited to cancel my order per the contract guidelines so I could get my deposit back. All the while letting them know what I was doing through emails. Again no responses from anyone!! The only response I got was after I sent an email asking when I could expect my deposit back. I got a message from “Christian” saying not only was I not getting my deposit back but I now owed $400 more for breaking the contract and using another transport company. (I had to fly back and get my car and drive it back myself). I contacted my bank who opened up a fraud investigation and guess what? They agreed that the company had defrauded me and reversed the deposit back to me. Dad not use this auto transport company!!!
DO NOT USE. They will take you're money via a deposit and then become MIA. Save the trouble and go elsewhere.
Right Now Auto Transport has not been pleasant to work with. I purchased a car and was looking to ship my car to Georgia where I reside. The representative, Paul, ensured me my vehicle would be dispatched in 3-5 business days after signing the contract. Paul, sent me my contract and I signed. It’s now been 12 days and my car is still in the same location. I called Paul and his exact words were “If you could read, you’d see if you canceled your order, you owe us. Customers aren’t always right”
Yes, they charge a down payment before picking up the car. They charge $250 if you cancel the contract before a certain time period. And there are many more fees if you cancel.
Paul should do the right thing and not talk to people with disrespect.
