IN REFERENCE TO THIS COMPLAINT THAT YOU RECEIVED. HELLO MY NAME IS [redacted]  I NEVER ADMITTED TO MR ROSCO THAT MY COMPANY WAS @ FAULT OR  RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT OCCURRED TO HIS TELEVISION. DURING THE COURSE OF THE MOVE. FURTHER MORE, I WAS NEVER MADE AWARE OF ANY DAMAGES TO...

ANY OF THERE FURNITURE, EXCEPT FOR A FEW MINOR SCRATCHES ON THEIR TV STAND THAT MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE HAPPENED DURING THE COURSE OF THE MOVE. WHEN HIS WIFE BROUGHT THESE MINOR SCRATCHES TO MY ATTENTION, I ADVISED HER THAT THESE SCRATCHES WERE NOT CAUSED BY US AND TOOK HER TO THE TRUCK TO SHOW HER AN EXAMPLE OF SOME OTHER ITEMS THAT HAD SCRATCHES ON THEM PRIOR TO THEM BEING LOADED ON THE TRUCK. SHE ACKNOWLEDGE THIS TO BE TRUE AND WE CONTINUED TO UNLOAD THE TRUCK. THE TV IN QUESTION, WAS UNWRAPPED BY MR. ROSCO,S SON AND WIFE NOT BY MR ROSCO AND HIS BROTHER AS STATED AND PLACED ON THE TV STAND BY MY MOVERS AND @ NO TIME WAS THERE ANY DAMAGE OR MENTION OF ANY PHYSICAL DAMAGE TO THE TV OR ANY OTHER ITEMS EXCEPT FOR THE FOUR MENTIONED SCRATCHES WHICH WERE PREVIOUSLY DISCUSSED WITH HIS WIFE. WE FINISHED UNLOADING THE TRUCK AND WENT BACK TO HIS OLD HOUSE TO PICK UP A COUCH THAT COULD`NT FIT ON THE TRUCK WITH THE FIRST LOAD. WE CAME BACK TO HIS NEW RESIDENCE AND PUT THE COUCH IN THE GARAGE HE PAID US AND WE LEFT. MY WIFE  CALLED HIS WIFE DURING THE MOVE TO SEE HOW THINGS WENT AND SHE TOLD HER "GREAT". NOW SOME (2) HOURS LATER  HE CALLS ME TO SAY THAT HIS TV WAS BROKEN AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO BUY HIM A NEW ONE. I TRIED TO TALK TO HIM AND TRY AND ASK HIM SOME QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE MATTER BUT MR ROSCO KEPT CUTTING ME OFF AND YELLING AND DEMANDING THAT I BUY HIM ANOTHER TV. I WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO HIM THAT I DIDN'T KNOW HOW ANYTHING COULD HAVE HAPPENED TO HIS TV, BECAUSE WE SPECIALLY WRAPPED HIS TV AND THAT THERE WAS NO MENTION OF ANY DAMAGE TO THE TV PRIOR TO US LEAVING THE LOCATION. FINALLY, AFTER THINGS HAD CALMED DOWN I CALLED HIM TO TRY AND COME TO SOME KIND OF RESOLUTION, NOT TO ADMIT "GUILT". I SAID THAT I WOULD SPEAK WITH MY BUSINESS PARTNER AND SEE WHAT COULD BE DONE. I ALSO ASKED HIM ABOUT THE OTHER (2)TV`S THAT WAS MOVED, BECAUSE THEY WRAPPED AND PACKAGED AND PLACED NEXT TO THE TV IN QUESTION. HE SAID THAT THOSE TV`S WERE FINE AND THAT NO DAMAGED HAD OCCURRED TO THEM. SO TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT, THE LINES OF COMMUNICATION BROKE DOWN WHEN HE STARTED THREATENING ME THAT IF I DID`NT GET BACK TO HIM BY 5 PM ON MEMORIAL DAY, THAT HE WAS GOING TO TAKE ME TO COURT AND BRING THE POLICE TO MY HOME. WELL, I DON`T TAKE KINDLY TO THREATS, ESPECIALLY WHEN I  KNOW THAT  I AM NOT AT FAULT. HE HAD MADE IT UP IN HIS MIND THAT WE WERE @ FAULT SO I GUESS THAT WAS GOOD ENOUGH FOR HIM. WE TOOK EXTRA SPECIAL CARE WITH MAKING SURE THAT THERE WERE NO DAMAGES TO THEIR FURNITURE, BY WRAPPING THE DRESSERS WITH SHRINK WRAP AND COVERING THEIR TV STANDS AND NIGHT STANDS WITH BLANKETS AND COVERING THEIR FLOORS WITH  BLANKETS SO THAT THEY WOULD`NT GET DAMAGED AND ALL HE CARES TO DO IS TELL LIES ABOUT ME AND MY COMPANY. WOW  ALSO MY WIFE SPOKE WITH MR ROSCO BEFORE HE PAID AND HE TOLD HER THE MOVE WAS OK BUT HE THOUGHT IT TOOK A LITTE LONGER THAN HE THOUGHT IT SHOULD AGAIN THIS IS BECAUSE OF THE SPECIAL ATTENTION WE WERE PAYING TO THEIR BELONGINGS BUT NOT ONCE DID HE SAY ANYTHING WENT WRONG DURING THE MOVE

THE DAY OF THE MOVE, THE CUSTOMER INFORMED ME THAT SOME DAMAGES HAD OCCURRED DURING THE MOVE AND THAT SHE WAS NOT HAPPY. I IMMEDIATELY APOLOGIZED TO HER EXPERIENCE AND TOLD HER THAT I WOULD DO EVERYTHING THAT I COULD TO MAKE AMMENDS. AT THE TIME OF HER CALL, THE MOVE HAD ALREADY TAKEN 5 HOURS WHICH...

TOTALED $375, BUT SHE STILL HAD SEVERAL ITEMS THAT NEEDED TO BE MOVED AND SHE WOULD HAVE TO GO AND RENT A TRUCK AND FIND SOMEONE TO HELP HER FINISH THE MOVE. SO BASED ON DISATISFACTION, I AGREED TO STOP THE CLOCK AND GIVE HER A DISCOUNT OF 125.00. SO 375 OWED MINUS 125=250 PAID. NOT ONLY DID I GIVE HER $125 DISCOUNT, BUT I ALLOWED TO KEEP MY TRUCK AND THE (2) MOVERS @ NO CHARGE TO HER FOR AN ADDITIONAL (3)X75 EACH=225 HOURS TO COMPLETE HER MOVE. EQUALING A TOTAL DISCOUNT OF $350. I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO TRY AN ACCOMMODATE HER, BUT SHE HAS BEEN RUDE, DISRESPCETFUL, DEMANDING AND THREATENING. MISTAKES HAPPEN DOING THE COURSE OF A MOVE AND ALL WE CAN DO IS WORK TO CORRECT THEM AND BE RESPECTFUL DURING THE PROCESS.

Once again , I have no knowledge of  nor have I seen the items that are in question. NO stolen items were transported in, under or in the rear of my truck. When the workers were dropped off, to my knowledge they had nothing in their possession but the clothes on their back. I am not sure how any damages occurred to their furniture, but the items that were loaded by right now movers were professionally wrapped and securely packed. While we are not insensitive to the concerns of the customer and take these issues seriously, I have tried to do my best to help. However, I am not responsible for items that I know nothing about. My company did not pack any boxes, so I have no knowledge of what was or was not in them. We only loaded what was already packed.

Hello,I have another message  from Revdex.com dated 1/7/17, inquiring if I have heard from the company and whether or not I am satisfied with the outcome.  The answer to both questions is "no".  Our stuff is still broken & unfixed.  Right Now Movers has made no attempts to contact us to reach a resolution.Thank you,Kristin
