He found our clock and we picked it upThe work was not done and no fee was chargedWe are happy to get our clock back.Only suggestion is for Right on Time to be up front with customersCall and reassure the owners of the clocks they needed to move and where their clock would beHaving someone answer the phone daily would have made a differenceThis would have reduced the customers anxiety.Thank you for your assistance ,

Regarding, my complaint submitted on 5/22/2017 against Right On Time.  The complaint was assigned ID [redacted]. The clock was delivered today and the dispute is resolved. Thank you. Clock was dropped off on April 21 for repairs, and had finally been delivered June 22nd.
