I am rejecting this response because: I did buy an extended warrenty on the car lupe sold it to me at the time of the signing she told me if anything happened to the car they she would personally have it fixed or trade the carThe car place that we took it to to check out what was wrong with the car tried calling right prices auto for two hours that Saturday and no one responded to themWe called an tried to find out how to get help with the warrenty, the person who answered the phone was incredibley rude said we cannot do anything it's Saturday, so I have no idea where anything came in about a loner carMonday my girlfriend did call and asked to speak to lupe she wasn't even able to get a word out when lupe hung up on herShe just said I will not talk to you and hung up so she called back and asked for like again lupe told her she would not speak to her and she said the it was her card they took the payments from and lupe hung up on her againShe then called back with me on the line and tried to explain to like that we did get an extended warrenty and lupe hung up on her againShe when called back to speak with the ownerHe would never call her backWe never signed any papers denying an extended warranty I would ever buy something of that value without one later that week the owner did call me back my girlfriend happened to have my phone at which he called her inhuman, later told me to sue the ford storeThen called me uneducated, ignorantBusiness should be held accountable for being honest, trustworthy, good to the communityWe cannot accept anything but them doing the right thing and paying for the repair and if it were my business I would pay for a repair I knew about

thank you for the email.I remember this purchase on the ford 500.this customer actually had an opportunity to purchase an extended service contract and refused at the time of purchase.I did receive a call from the customers girlfriend at 6pm a few months later at 6pm on a Saturday as I was closing....

She was very upset and demanded that I give her a loaner vehicle .We don't offer loaner vehicles and I told her we would be happy to help with discounts through a transmission shop that we use but she refused.She called Monday and was very abusive to our employees and we were forced to hang up. she continued to call the following days and was again threatening with lawsuits etc. We have done everything we can to resolve this issue and unfortunately this customer will never be happy with any resolution.The customer refused help and insists on a new transmission that we are to pay for for.
