I hired this business through *** to move my personal items from one home into a moving truck and then out of a moving truck and into my new home Two men showed up late They dropped pieces of furniture as they went down the stairs and laughed about it After they had unloaded and left, I plugged my 55" flat screen in to turn on for my children and there were several puncture marks, deeming my TV unusable I called the owner several times and left voicemails He will not take my calls or return them

I wanted to reach out and let you know that Park Sterling bank is going to pay this gentleman the $250.00 he has requested. We sent statements out to...

him which would have showed the fees. In good faith to the client…  we are going to mail him a check for the money he stated that he is owed.

I don't know where $250 came from. The total should be $320 from two different checking accounts from 9-22-14 to 3-22-15 . I sent all the statements and added 4 more savings accounts at $10 each to the case.

The original complaint from the gentleman was for $250.00. Please see his original documentation. We have sent him a check certified mail for that amount. We can not give more that he originally requested. We sent $250.00 in good faith. We now consider this matter closed. Please call me with questions.
