Due to hail damage, we needed a new roof My Dad went to the insurance company and was given a referral He called and spoke to a MrPatrick S***, from Right Source Construction, he came over to our house and greeted us with the utmost professionalism I found him to not only be nice but very informative He did an assessment of the house, engaged in conversation to find out what our needs were and then he thoroughly went over the process and procedure of what was to occur with his staff and the insurance companyWe continued with his service and waited for the insurance company to send an adjuster to assess the house But unfortunately after waiting for about minutes Come to find out the adjuster for the insurance company made a mistake and were next door doing an assessment on my neighbors house instead (Everyone makes mistakes - Ultimately, what matters is the outcome of the correction on the mistake All was forgiven and we tried again.) Which resulted in a second request for an adjuster and a second visit from MrPatrick S [redacted] from Right Source, which he graciously didThe staff that MrS [redacted] from Right Source sent over did the work in a timely manner, and were also very courteous and answered all of our questions as we had them There was one miss-communication on a part of a gutter that was installed without a drainage spout on the 2nd story of our house that my dad had wanted I informed Patrick after paying him in full of the issue, however, my Dad kept telling him that he would take care of it My dad being elderly, that was not an option for me, for him to be up on the roof to fix that, but he had issues about Patrick having to come back out here to fix the situation I was concerned and had anxiety over the weekend about it and my Dad would not let me call him to come back and fix itHowever, in good faith, Patrick did hear and listen to me and the gutter people showed up on our door step that Monday and it turned out the first thing my dad asked them was how much it was going to cost He apparently did not want to incur any more charges The gutter guy said "No Charge", and graciously eased my dad's mind and fixed it and told us if we have anymore issues to call them and they will be here to help us out and fix themAfter this experience, I can honestly say who ever uses this company for service will not only be getting good quality work but will have a friend in the process, because that is how I felt We even received a hug at the end Please do not hesitate to use this company for good quality work, you will not be disappointed He took care of us I Thank you! I had a roof leak that was a little hard to find Two other companies had come out, said it was fixed and it continued to leak Was referred to Right Source They got it fixed correctly and at a good price
