Review: They did not finish the job they started in October 2014. We paid in full $10,000 and a month later, in November, our roof was leaking. They gave us a written guarantee that they would come back and repair the roof if we had any leaks, but we cannot even get someone on the phone. We call every week and leave messages. Sometimes, a man name [redacted] would call us back and act like he wasn’t familiar with the job. I go over with him everytime, what the job was and he said he will have the person who worked on that job call us back. We never get that call back. This happened 5 times already.Desired Settlement: Unfortunately at this point, I have no interest in working with this company anymore. Our roof is constantly leaking and we still need to go through the process of having it repaired again. I would like to be fully refunded for the terrible job that was performed so that I will have the funds to have another company come through and redo the job.

Review: I CALLED RIGHT TECH ROOFING TO FIX/REPAIR A LEAK ON FLAT ROOF ON 05/**/14. . THE JOB COST ME $3,300. IT WAS EXPENSIVE JUST TO FIX A LEAK BUT I WAS ASSURED OF A 10 YEAR WARRANTS ON ANY FUTURE LEAKS COMING FROM THE ROOF, SO I DECIDED TO HAVE THE JOB DONE. THE LEAK STOPPED, HOWEVER, ABOUT THE [redacted]: OF DECEMBER 2014, THE ROOF STARTED LEAKING AGAIN. I IMMEDIATE CALLED RIGHT TECH ROOFING TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM, I CALLED EVERY DAY FOR MORE THAN A WEEK WITH NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. I JUST KEEPING A VOICE MAIL THAT PROMISES TO RESPOND BUT NO ONE EVER DO. I AM NOW VERY CONCERN ABOUT MY ROOF AND THE VALIDITY OF THE 10 YEARS WARRANTY...Desired Settlement: I NEED RIGHT TECH ROOFING TO COMPLY WITH THEIR WARRANTY AND REALLY FIX THE ROOF OR REFUND THE MONEY
