I was NOT complaining about whether or not I had received a refund! This business is bogus! I was NOT referred to them by a third party! Please *** them and you will see that MANY people have complained that they are scammers! After I filed my complaint, they called and said that they had only been trying to reach me to offer me a refund because they were closing down their business...I HAD ALREADY BEEN GIVEN A REFUND! How poorly can a business be run? I'm a small business owner, I know every penny that goes through my checking account! This is a Computer-related company and yet they didn't know they had already refunded my money through my ***? I don't believe it!
