As stated before in earlier response the settlement of $was based on the insurance the client agreed to which is .30cent per lband that was determined by the weight of the missing and damaged items( 1Cf =7lbs.)The total weight of the items missing and damaged was lbs(1823lbsX cent= $546.90)The settlement amount $remains the same, the check for this amount will be release to the client as soon as a release form is signed

I do not agree with this company's response I do not know what they pride in as they are so unprofessional and careless with complete disregard for the items they had in their careI see that unless I take them to court I will not get anywhere with them as they see no wrong doing. I guess great customer service for them is about damaging and losing furniture that is trusted to them for proper handlingThey hide behind a stupid agreement that if I would have known how terrible of a company Right Touch Movers was I would have put the maximum insurance better yet I would have never hired them for my moveI am sure I am not the first or last customer with this kind of complaint towards this company.I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and even though I am not in agreement, I want to put all this behind me...having to continually battle against this company who knows they are wrong in what they have done is stressful and definitely not worth the headacheI want my check sent to me ASAP so send whatever documents you need signed to me and I will put this situation to rest
Sincerely,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined
that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I understand that the documents below were signed by me including a letter of recommendation and I can explain why. When the items were delivered they were wrapped and I didn't get to see the damage at the time all I noticed were the lost items which were the legs and vanity to my daughters bedroom set and the legs to my bedWhen I started putting everything together I noticed that my sons wood slabs were missingAnd I immediately informed the company I also took pictures of the damage that I discovered when the furniture was being put together or arranged where it belonged and submitted that to the company ASAP the only item I did not mention at that moment was my daughters footboard I didn't notice it was missing until I bought the new frame to hold the box spring since the legs were never recoveredThat's when I noticed the footboard was missingI immediately called the company and asked that they look for it once again they said it must have been lostall I am asking is that my lost items be replaced.I do not need a new bed just the footboard but the furniture company does not want to sell me just the footboardThe same thing with the vanity I have the mirror and the bench but the vanity is sold as a whole I can't just get the vanity without the items I already have and with regards to the legs of the temper poster pedic bed I bought a flimsy frame because the original legs are not sold by sleepys any longer so I improvised and went as cheap as I could with the frame that I was told at the moment that I purchased it that I wouldbe reimbursed for the same. Before writing the Revdex.com I asked that they give me managements number because I want to know how are they calculating the damages based on what weight? Because the box spring with the temper pedic bed which has the mechanical part alone weighs over lbs...and not only did they damage it but they lost the legshow do they calculate that kind of damage do they double what they would give me for it since they lost and damaged the same item? then to that we have to include all the rest of the furniture and no where in my paperwork do I see that they weighed my items so how do they know what to pay me .The truth is that it's very sad to see that a company that prides itself on claiming that they have an A+ rating with the Revdex.com can do this type of unprofessional work when the clients who hire them trusts that their personal items will be handled with care. Its is shameful for any business to be so unprofessional and instead of fixing what they did wrong they just want to cover up their dirt and pay pennies for what they have damagedthe pictures depict it all I am not lieing about the damage it is visibleI even asked that they send someone to look at all the items not to just base everything on my word but I was told no one would come to as the damaged. If they would have at least paid for the lost items so I could replace what's missing I would have let this go but they want to pay me and that amount does not even cover the lost items which add up to 809.80.At this point what's damaged is damaged and I can't fix that but If I would have seen that they were trying to do right by paying for what they lost at least then I wouldhave seen that they were working on fixing part of all the damage they caused... I would like to know on what weight do they base their settlement amount on and how they come to the conclusion that is what I should get? At this point all I am asking is that they at least pay for all my missing furniture(809.80) they have all the receipts of what it will cost. I can't fix what they damaged but I can at least repurchase my lost items if they give me enough or they can purchase the items directly and that would clear the issue. I will still have damaged furniture but at least nothing will be missing.Thank you for your time and I hope we can resolve this amicably
