I do wish that in the future we can earn your trust again. Thank you

May Concern,
We've reviewed the attached Invoice/Diagnostic MrE*** provided from Auto-ExcelThe diagnostic description states "the coolant was a little low but would not cause the engine to lock up" the problem with this is anyone could easily pour more coolant into the radiator to make it appear that wayThe statement in the diagnostic only proves there is currently coolant in the vehicleMrE*** had already expressed to the technician of an independent service facility that the engine seized during a coolant flush that he himself was performingThis technician relayed that information to the warranty company which we found out when we followed up on the concern that the warranty company was denying MrE***'s claim
Rightway has no control over this issue, if MrE*** believes his vehicle should be covered under warranty he needs to contact the independent warranty company and discuss his coverage with themWhile we do have a good relationship with the independent warranty company First Extended, we can't force them to cover nor would we feel right trying to force them to cover a claim that was by all indications most likely caused by customer neglect
However, as we said in the previous response Rightway takes customer satisfaction very seriously and we understand this is an expensive repairWe would be willing to reimburse MrE*** $1,after his repair is completed at the service facility of his choosing even though we feel we are in no way to blame for the engine failing or the warranty company denying MrE***'s claimPlease have MrE*** provide us with a paid receipt and we will have a check cut within hours

Please have Mr. E[redacted] provide us with a paid receipt and we will have a check cut within 48 hours.
