To whom it may concern, I am very sorry that we have a customer that is dissatisifed [redacted] came to us in good faith and we tried to accommodate his situation This vehicle was legally repossessed due to defaulted payments We offered him days to satisfy the outstanding derogatory balance After numerous meetings with [redacted] , his wife, and his co-maker we were unable to obtain a payment schedule the would satisfy the debt on this vehicle Right Way Automotive sells cars and obtains financing thru outside banks and finance companies If we have a customer that is not able to uphold a positive payment status then the account will not be accepted by an outside bank which results in a repossession He is more than welcome to obtain financing thru a company of his choice and we will offer him a 25% discount on the total balance owed to Right Way Automotive This amount would be an approximate saving of $ We feel that this is a considerable discount to keep a customer happy Very Sincerely, Right Way Automotive Approval Team

I am rejecting this response because: The paperwork is incorrectThere are two contradicting documentsOne document stating the "verbally" agreement of $down and one document stating $which I did not agree with No one cared to explain or attempted to explain that the deferred down payment of $minus the refer a friend credit of $leaving a $balance that the payments would be applied towards that instead of the biweekly scheduled car paymentsThis company didn't explain any interest rates and then tried to get me to pay the sales tax of $cash up front when this amount was included in the financed amountThe finance rep stated one interest rate and within a matter of minutes changed the interest rate I am not the only customer that this has happened to and will obtain a statement from that customer if necessaryI was more than willing to make arrangements to clear this matter with the CORRECT amount owed and payments applied as suchThe stories have changed...One employee stated the contract was sent to the finance company and due dates could not be changed and then I was informed by another that all contracts are not turned over to a finance company for daysI was never informed on whom my vehicle was being finance through Yes I was in a tough spot where I needed a car and trusted the company I chose to purchase my vehicleI guess this is what I get for trusting a LOCAL business and supporting the small companies instead of a larger cooperation The owner of this company has not contacted me or the co-buyer to resolve this matter after several voice mails and emailsShe stated that her own finance employees do not know how to explain how payment are applied herself, so she should not avoid customers when she's the only one that feels she can properly explain things and has the ultimate decision on loans Just goes to show you how well u know your customersmy name is [redacted] ....NOT [redacted] !! Right Way Automotive has not been truthful and upfront in handling this issueAny every "attempt" made to correct the conflicting issues, they changed their story and none of the representatives had the same storyIt constantly changed with each meeting and we kept getting told to deal with *** ***, the owner, who did not return calls or emails in this matterSo their willingness to handle this issue in a professional manner is unfounded

I am very sorry that we have a customer that is dissatisifed. [redacted] came to us in good faith and we tried to accommodate his situation.  This vehicle was legally repossessed due to defaulted payments.  We offered him 10 days to satisfy the...

outstanding derogatory balance.  After numerous meetings with [redacted], his wife, and his co-maker we were unable to obtain a payment schedule the would satisfy the debt on this vehicle.  Right Way Automotive sells cars and obtains financing thru outside banks and finance companies.  If we have a customer that is not able to uphold a positive payment status then the account will not be accepted by an outside bank which results in a repossession.  He is more than welcome to obtain financing thru a company of his choice and we will offer him a 25% discount on the total balance owed to Right Way Automotive.  This amount would be an approximate saving of $3868.47.  We feel that this is a considerable discount to keep a customer happy.

I am rejecting this response because:
The paperwork is incorrect. There are two contradicting documents. One document stating the "verbally" agreement of $1200 down and one document stating $1600 which I did not agree with.  No one cared to explain or attempted to explain that the deferred down payment of $600 minus the refer a friend credit of $100 leaving a $500 balance that the payments would be applied towards that instead of the biweekly scheduled car payments. This company didn't explain any interest rates and then tried to get me to pay the sales tax of $721 cash up front when this amount was included in the financed amount. The finance rep stated one interest rate and within a matter of minutes changed the interest rate.  I am not the only customer that this has happened to and will obtain a statement from that customer if necessary. I was more than willing to make arrangements to clear this matter with the CORRECT amount owed and payments applied as such. The stories have changed...One employee stated the contract was sent to the finance company and due dates could not be changed and then I was informed by another that all contracts are not turned over to a finance company for 90 days. I was never informed on whom my vehicle was being finance through.  Yes I was in a tough spot where I needed a car and trusted the company I chose to purchase my vehicle. I guess this is what I get for trusting a LOCAL business and supporting the small companies instead of a larger cooperation.  The owner of this company has not contacted me or the co-buyer to resolve this matter after several voice mails and emails. She stated that her own finance employees do not know how to explain how payment are applied herself, so she should not avoid customers when she's the only one that feels she can properly explain things and has the ultimate decision on loans.
Just goes to show you how well u know your customers... my name is [redacted]....NOT [redacted]!!
Regards,

Dear Revdex.com,
Right Way Automotive has offered numerous options to this customer prior to finalizing the repossession. We feel like we made every attempt to maintain a positive pay history and avoid repossession.  With any of our over 500 contracts a year we disclose and supply copies of all contracts to our customers.  We feel like we have made every possible attempt to do right by Mr. [redacted].  With any contractual agreement both parties have to be truthful and forthcoming.  Right Way Automotive feels that we are unable obtain this from Mr. [redacted].  We have offered a very signifigant discount to assist Mr. [redacted] in obtaining financing thru another source.  We hope that he will accept this offer and wish him the best of luck with his new finance company.
Sincerely,
Right Way Automotive
