We have searched high and low for 8 years for a company to install specialized gutters on our 1927 home. No company would touch this job until Ryan and his crew accepted the challenge.
Ryan and his team were very professional, hard working, knowledgeable and conscientious. The final result is better than expected!

I hired Ryan to do some work for me and he did a good job. I needed him to come back to do further work of installing curtain rods, bath towel racks and a shelf for my spices. He wanted me to take the measurements to put in the shelf for the spices. I did not feel I could do that accurately and it is his job as the professional. He tried to tell me that doing the spice shelf would be a three hour job for $***!! It is a half hour job at best. I will never hire him again and cancelled all future jobs.

We are sorry to hear about the misunderstanding that transpired on your second project. We would have been happy to complete this project for you. The start date was Sept 23rd 2019. This was confirmed at the on set of the booking. You called a month early to discuss your project, that you thought was starting the next day. We had to advise this was not the first time you had misunderstood the scope of work and start date. We did our best to relay this message in a kind and professional manner. It was necessary to discuss this in order to avoid any further miscommunications.
The spice shelf you have mentioned was not originally included in this project. When you mentioned you would like to add it to the scope of work, we asked you to measure your spices. If the spice shelf was to be a part of this project from the beginning, we would have measured it for you at the quote. It is unfair of you to discuss price on this platform, as it was only a quote and no money was ever exchanged for work. The spice rack you requested would have been a custom made spice rack, and would have taken longer than 30 minutes. At no time did we suggest your spice rack would only take 30 minutes to complete.
We are sorry that you did not have a good experience. We do our best to ensure all customers have a great experience and understanding of their work to be completed. We wish you all the best of luck with your future projects.
We have used Right Way Building twice now, for very different purposes. The first was changing from a defective pocket door to a traditional door and the second was repairing tile and grout work in the shower. Ryan was extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. When we have future work requiring a contractor/carpenter, we will be contacting Ryan at Right Way Building first.

Ryan just completed a major repair on my dad's sunroom. He did a fantastic job. His knowledge of carpentry and how to do this tricky job was above and beyond our expectations. He completely rebuilt the subfloor on time and on quote. Very reliable and trustworthy. Very professional, polite, and easy to get along with. He communicated with us in a timely manner. It is nice to know that there are trades people who are so dedicated to their craft.
