Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am tired of the half truths and lies that DECORS is writing I have expressed my disatisfaction with the quality of the workmanship and the lack of ownership of the problem that DECORS exhibited throughout this ordeal My final offer is this: The $1,charge that we disputed has been accepted by [redacted] as indicated by DECORS They successfully put through the labor charge of $THAT WAS NOT AUTHORIZED BY ME, so this is what I want I feel it is fair that half of the $should not be paid by us due to the aforementioned poor workmanship, the lack of oversight by DECORS and pictures documenting it Here is my settlement:$1,less (50% of 890) less (alarm system repair) = $ We will agree to pay that amount to stop this nonsense If DECORS agrees to this we can close this case down Regards, [redacted]
