Attached is a hand-written note from Duane M [redacted] at Right WayThis was his initial offer of reimbursement I did not agree to this The day he presented this, I said that1) the cost for the permit was folded into the overall cost of the porch, and therefor I had already paid for itHe agreed to that.2) I also said that due to the inordinate amount of time it took to complete the job and the stress and hassle it cost me to constantly adjust my work schedule and so forth, that he should compensate me for that On that day, he offered me $in cash total I said I would think about that3) As described in my original complaint, MrM [redacted] did not follow up on thisSeveral weeks later when I tried to resolve this with him in an in-person conversation, he said he would pay me no more than $ Again, I said I was not happy with that, but there was not much I could do at the time4) He has not paid me this amount, nor has he responded to my text, email, phone message or ***-delivered letter5) the additional $is for the can of paint I bought that he had verbally agreed he would reimburse me That receipt is attachedThank you

presented this, I said that1)  the cost for the permit was folded into the overall cost of the porch, and therefor I had already paid for it. He agreed to that.2) I also said that due to the inordinate amount of time it took to complete the job and the stress and hassle it cost me to constantly adjust my work schedule and so forth, that he should compensate me for that.  On that day, he offered me $500 in cash total.  I said I would think about that. 3) As described in my original complaint, Mr. M[redacted] did not follow up on this. Several weeks later when I tried to resolve this with him in an in-person conversation, he said he would pay me no more than $400.  Again, I said I was not happy with that, but there was not much I could do at the time. 4) He has not paid me this amount, nor has he responded to my text, email, phone message or [redacted]-delivered letter. 5) the additional $47.46 is for the can of paint I bought that he had verbally agreed he would reimburse me.  That receipt is attached. Thank you.
