Revdex.com:At this time, my complaint, ID *** regarding Right Way Cohas been resolved.But, I would like to record that this company does some really bad and unprofessional business practicesAfter I made my $down payment with this
company, it became a living nightmare to install my merchandizeI called DOZENS of times within a month duration, only to get my calls bouncing back in forth in between Stephen and Jose who seemingly do NOT keep open lines of communication with other, so no one knows whats going onIt became increasingly difficult to pin either of them down to commit to a tentative date for installAfter dozens of calls and refusing to continue being ignored, I grew nervous, and suspicious, that can possibly be a scam or fraudulent company. At this point, I began doing my own research on this company, by showing up to their place of business, I went to *** *** *** *** ** *** which is on therereceiptOnly to discover that on there website it states that there located at Classon Ave, was there place of businessWhen I arrived to *** *** *** there was no clear indication that the place of business had anything to do with awningsIn fact, it was numerous businesses, but none where Right Way Awning Co.My nervousness grew more intenseI researched further online and discovered addresses for this Right Way Co business, one of which had an apt 2R in Brighton Beach Coney IslandSince I couldn't get any definitive answers, I was left no choice but to contact the policeAfter I contacted the police is when Stephen and Jose started to return my callsWhen I got police involved, the officers told Stephen that he can potentially be brought up on chargesThis expedited my delivery dateWhen they delivered my awnings after months of uncertainty, These awnings still wasn't exactly what I orderedI felt like they just did a rush job to get me out of there hairThere was still a lot of push back regarding what I ordered, and knowing they didn't operate from a real business I settled for the awnings they brought, because I knew I cant sue Stephen in court because he doesn't have a address to serve him to come to courtSo I settled there extremely unprofessional and poor serviceBut, please be advised I wouldn't use them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone
