Hi I received a letter from your office stating that a client named [redacted] had filed a complaint I am writing you in order to respond to that complaintMy name is Joseph B [redacted] and I am the owner and main artist at righteous tattooI am familiar with Mr [redacted] due to the fact that he was referred to me by a personal friend I have done multiple tattoos on Mr [redacted] and he was always satisfiedI believe the problem here is that first of all because I do something nice for my return clientele, (Which is allow them once they have bought three tattoos to give them a free one), and it seems like almost every time once a person gets to the place where I offer them a free tattoo they immediately feel entitled and want to get rushed into the tattoo chair the very same day and if they don’t they continue to pester the shop and myself until they get either get what they want or I get fed up with them and tell them to go away and not come backThis has been the case with Mr [redacted] since the first time he contacted me to discuss the free TattooHe would call him or come in ask when he could talk to someone or see someone about the tattoo we took his number and told him we would get back with him as soon as we had an opportunity and from there we just continue to get frequent calls stop in’s and texts from Mr [redacted] sometimes the same day then the next day and every day after that until you stop everything else that you’re doing in your life and call Mr [redacted] backI do not appreciate people pressing me as if they are my dictator and when this happens I reserve the right to not respond and or cater to their immature Inability to control themselves and wait their turn like everyone elseIt is true that Mr [redacted] wanted a larger tattoo then what I offered for free and so he paid the cash difference but at the same time he is now already 9/of the way done with his tattoo and because I needed to reschedule our last appointment due to the front axle of my car breaking he now wants to insist that he’s not finishing work at my shop and try to demand moneyWell it wasn’t me Who refused to finish his tattoo, it is he Who is choosing for his own personal petty reason to not come back and get the tattoo finishedThat is not my fault and is nothing that I have control over, and I believe it is a serious waste of your time and resources for Mr [redacted] to have even bothered you with listing a complaint that clearly states that the only thing wrong is that he didn’t get what he wanted when he wanted itIn my opinion he is just a grown baby throwing a tantrum and he needs to learn to get over it in life just like I have to suck it up and Finish the work I start on people like him who think they own my every moment.Sent from [redacted] ***
