Right Medical Billing

Very negative experience. Received 650- number text with no doctor name. The call back number said 281 but was patched through to India. The customer rep thought the doctor's name was "Junior." They kept insisting they were in Katy but couldn't tell me which freeway (I-10) goes through Katy! The doctor they were representing isn't even available on ***. Finally their physician's rep who provides for *** also quibbled and said she didn't know why it took over four months to create a (questionable) medical bill. that has NO Itemized statement available. The so-called provider for Right is *** Inpatient Providers. Apparently this group handles Emergency Room doctors. I don't trust any of them. It would appear that an unwarranted claim was submitted. Watch out!
