We called Rightway Appliance Repair (Mr***) to service our [redacted] Washing MachineThe washer was getting stuck in the rinse cycle and the error that was generated indicated a problem with excess sudsIt beeps when it gets stuck and will not finish washing the loadBefore the repair work started on August 29, we informed Mr [redacted] about the research he had already performed; specifically several YouTube videos about the suds error code and what might be necessary to resolve itDespite all of that, Mr [redacted] decided to clean the washing machine but he could not find the problemHe did not explore options that were mentioned in the YouTube video which might have allowed for exploring broken parts unrelated to excess sudsMr [redacted] visited us August He performed some cleaning work on the unit but he left without confirming that his work had resolved the problemAfter about half an hour or so of his departure, the machine generated the same error code that e

Rightway Appliance charged me for a repairs after assessing the issue I agreed to pay for the repair After waiting for more than a week for parts and non-returning of calls I gave a review on-line and within minutes I got a call He finally put the new compressor on and it never worked, he returned 3-times and still no cooling I asked for a refund and was told he would refund the parts charge of $which I have in a text message from him agreeing to pay me in a few weeks when he had the money Now he is refusing to reimburse any money to me Pretty shady on his part I don't want others to get taken by this company thus my filing of the complaint
