I never had any problem like this until this business installed the furnaceThis company sent out several times techs who improperly installed the control board which caused problems as stated by Mr [redacted] himself Mr [redacted] 's allegations of threats is and defamation and an assult to my characterNot only did he make allegations against me he voided our business contract for if I had decided to keep this furnance and need repairs doneMr [redacted] needs to remove his product and reimburse my money for said product I never had any problems with my system until he installed a new furnance by his suggestion and a furnance that is not the same system as my ac which any H Vac tech would know that the systems have to be compatiable or problems would occur

I never had any problem like this until this business installed the furnace. This company sent out several times techs who improperly installed the control board which caused problems as stated by Mr. [redacted] himself.  Mr. [redacted]'s allegations of threats is false and defamation and an assult to my character. Not only did he make false allegations against me he voided our business contract for if I had decided to keep this furnance and need repairs done. Mr. [redacted] needs to remove his product and reimburse my money for said product.  I never had any problems with my system until he installed a new furnance by his suggestion and a furnance that is not the same system as my ac which any H Vac tech would know that the systems have to be compatiable or problems would occur.

We installed a furnace for this homeowner.  The issue is not with his furnace it is with his evaporator coil.  We have advised the homeowner that the issues will continue to happen until he replaces his evap coil. What is happening is when the home owner runs his ac water is leaking...

into his furnace and shorting out the control board.  We have replaced the control board under warranty 4 times for this home owner and 1 time at our cost as recently as 5-17-2016.  On this last time we informed the home owner that we can not replace this board under warranty anymore and that he needs to replace the evap coil.  We went to the police department because the home owner threatened to harm our employees.  The homeowner also stated he knew where our employees shopped and what school their children went to. We have done everything that we can for this home owner.  Until the home owner replace his evap coil this will continue to happen.  The furnace operates correctly when it is in heating mode.
