I gave them 800.00 for a down payment on a car they didn't end up putting the deal through and wanted me to bring the car back I gave the car back in the same condition that I gave it to them in they said it would take three weeks to give me my deposit then they call me a week later stating im not getting a refund at all due to mileage I saved 800 for a long time so I can get a car now Im out of a car and out of all my money
The customer brought our vehicle back on 04/24/2018 and we submitted a refund request the same day. We explained to the customer that it takes 48 business hours for our corporate office to process the request and 7-10 business days to receive it in the mail. Our corporate office is located in Saginaw Michigan. He was not happy that we were not able to refund the money that day. The customer received his full refund of $800.00 on 05/01/2018. When the customer came in to pick up his check he had purchased a new car already prior to receiving his refund. Hope this letter finds you well. I purchased a vehicle from right way at the age of 18 which I still currently pay off. When I purchased the car I was not only kept from important information regarding the safety of the vehicle through Carfax nor important information from the company itself. I currently over pay for the car and I'm looking to get into a different vehicle, due to lack of customer support and understanding no progress has been made. I tried taking the car and using it as a trade in at two main dealerships and as soon as they ran a Carfax report the vehicle came back with two structural damages. These damages were never spoken off when I asked for the carfax report, and if I bring up the Carfax now when I called customer support they claim to never have had Carfax. When I was there Tamara B was my sales person she currently is terminated from right way, but I feel as if I was never told enough information by her and the overall outcome I would like of this is for them to take the car without repossessing it or for me to get into a different car because many dealerships have claimed the car to be not even worth 3000 while I'm paying off it's marked price of 13000. I currently still owe 8300 and customer support nor any sales people will help me they are all out for my money or to get me to stay with their company
