I ordered pairs of Dully fog "flood" lights for my boyfriend for ChristmasWhen I got my order everything seemed fineThe place that was going to install them had a long wait to get it doneJust about weeks ago he was able to get them doneRight after he realized that they sent him one set of "flood" lights and one completely different set that are more like "spot" lightsThis means the company sent the wrong lights in a mislabeled packageBoth packages said "flood" but they both clearly aren'tThe place that installed the lights threw out the packagingSo upon contacting Rigid Industries, they claim that it is our fault and they are trying to charge me a "repair fee"Also they want us to send the lights back first before they send any replacement to usWhich means the vehicle that these were installed on, will have to drive around with an empty cavity until they decide to send a replacement

On April 6th, we purchased fog lights from Rigid IndustriesA week later, we contacted the company to return the itemsThe return was approved, a return authorization was issued, and the products were returned (in April)We have yet to receive the $credit back on our card, so we've contacted them more times over the past months - with no luck

Useless customer service I purchased a Rigid fog light kit for my Tacoma The hardware pack was missing so I contacted customer service The customer service rep said he couldn't help me and I had to send an email to their warranty department I complied and immediately sent an email asking for replacement parts The next day I received reply from Rigid who blew me off The Warranty - Service Manager stated the following:
"Good morning
Thank you for your email request
Please return the whole kit to the online or local shop you have purchased with, so they can swap you out for a new kit
It sounds like you may have received a used or a retuned product missing the HDW, it would not have left Rigid in that condition."
Unless the Warranty Manager personally packed all the products they sell, she would have no way of knowing if the parts were shipped by Rigid or not
Rigid had the opportunity to showcase good customer service Instead they blamed the online shop and blew me off What a hassle

I was sent an e-mail from Rigid Industries about purchasing products (Flashlight)It mentioned that if I purchase a $Flashlight I would be able to get a second one free of chargeIt mentioned that you had to spend $so I offered to pay one cent more even since this Flashlight was 1/price for a special they were doing
I was told that this would not be acceptable even offering the full amount of $to get the second light freeTheir advertisement stated that I would have to spend $and I was more than willing to do thisThey e-mailed me back that they would not and could not do this that since the Flashlight was selling at half price and my offer would not be accepted
As far as I am concerned I was willing to pay the $dollars spending this amount just as was stated by this companyThis is advertisement especially when they stated you need to spend $and I was more than willing to do this
