The delivery of my moving was late more than one week than the contract. And there is no notice until I tried several times to contact them.
I have a moving with this company from Iowa to California with registration number XXXXXX. The delivery time is scheduled between Nov 23-30, 2017. I checked with them several times before signing the contract to confirm the delivery time so that I could arrange my moving trip, hotel, flight, and new apt etc, which was particularly important for my 10-month old son. However, I started to call them and email them on Nov 23 but no one replied to me. Until Nov 27, I got email from them saying that my delivery will be late than a week, and there is still no specific schedule. This change and late notice disturb my whole planned trip. I will have no where to live after Nov 30, because my hotel was arranged based on the original delivery time, and I don't know how to settle my infant and arrange my work neither......This is going to trigger a series of damage and loss in my life and work.
I am requesting the company to deliver my moving as soon as possible, and at the same time I am expecting the company to pay for my expense and loss in life and work due to this severe delay than their contract.
the customer got her delivery on 12/3/17. it was 3 days late. I sent the customer an email with a link to click on to file her delayed claim. I explained to the customer not to do this until 12/1/17 since this is when her shipment would have been late. this would help compensate for the delay due to the delivery not taking place till after 11/30/17. she was denied for the delayed claim due to it was filed prior to the shipment being late. the customer is entitled to a delayed claim.
After Revdex.com reached to this business, one of the officers indeed contacted to get my receipt for reimbursement of my lost during this delay. However, after I emailed the receipt to them, there is no actual reimbursement at all and they just kept delaying response. This is an intentional fraud.
