I want my report correctedI have asked numerous timesYou have stated in writing that this would be done, and it has notI have given you ample time to rectify this situationAny further delay will resort in my taking legal action against you for punitive damages resulting in my inability to secure credit lines because of your incorrect credit reporting.Regards,*** ***
Carmel Financial is required per the Fair Credit Reporting Act to report the account correctlyCarmel Financial Corporation will send deletion of the trade line involving American Accounts Management is processed, but Carmel Financial is still in the required reporting period as established with
FCRA. Carmel Financial will also send the customer a copy of contract and pay history to reflect how the account has performed as agreed to under the contract
