To whom it may concern,On April 17th 2017 we had a scheduled pool opening for Mr. and Mrs. [redacted].  I personally was on site and diagnosed their current liner as non functional.  We at the time recovered the pool and began discussions for installing a new liner.  I had explained to...

Mr. [redacted] that I/we, Riley's Pools and Spas Inc, had in the upwards of 30 pool liners to install.  I further stressed the issue that depending on weather and our availability, there would be no way to know when their liner would be installed.  I even mentioned to Mr. [redacted] that if he wanted to use a different company to order/install his liner, that I completely understood given how busy we were at the time.  Mr. [redacted] explained to me that he wanted us to order/install the liner.  I appreciated this very much, given the fact we had been doing business together for over 10 years.In the months proceeding, Mr. [redacted] requested we remove the pool cover so that they might paint there pool coping.  We obliged and sent a crew to the house to remove the cover.  With the cover removed and pool not functional, it was only a matter of time before the remaining water in the pool became stagnant.  However, removing all the water from the pool would only create more problems with the pool floor.  Thus creating more labor and cost to the liner installation.  I explained to Mr. [redacted] that for those reasons, I would prefer he leave the pool with enough water to keep a few inches on the shallow end floor.  To continue further, we also had unforeseen delays with our manufacturer of the liner.  Not just with the [redacted]' liner, but with other customers as well.  If I could have forecast how long it would have taken to install 30+ liners in April, along with the need to paint coping, and the delay of the manufacturer; I would would never have taken Mr. [redacted]' pool cover off until the day we would install the new liner.Today is July 6th. Prior to notice of this Revdex.com complaint, I contacted Mr. [redacted] to explain that we will have the liner on Friday July 7th and we would like to install it as soon as Monday July 10th.  Mr. [redacted] explained that they would be on vacation the week of the 10th and would not be returning until the following Sunday (July 16th).  Currently I am scheduled to pump out the pool over the weekend (July 14th-July 15th) and install the new liner on Monday July 16th.  As of 11am today, I assumed all was proceeding until I received this complaint.  And I still assume we are proceeding unless further told by Mr./Mrs. [redacted].
