We are very sorry to hear about the complaint you received from our customer, Ms. [redacted].   As I explained, we are not a retailer, we are wholesale manufacturers and at the time we received Ms. [redacted] order, we did not have the system in place that would give her the exact UPS charge...

for her order.   We are currently working with UPS to update our on-line ordering process accordingly.Please let Ms. [redacted] know we will issue a credit to her credit card on file for the original shipping charge in the amount of $18.63.We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
