Review: Ordered products from the business and havent received them.Desired Settlement: I think the business has the responsibility to call me and explain why I havent received my order, and ship me my order. If they are unable to fulfill their obligation to fulfill my order I should be refunded my money.

Response:

This customer was flagged by our credit card gateway as a high risk (see attached) We tried to verify the account and had no response from his credit card company. Customers funds were release back to his card today.

Remove this complaint as the customer did not respond to our e-mails asking to verify the require information.

Review: I placed an order on July [redacted] and I still have not received my order At first, I would get a call back whenever I called to inquire about the status since they almost never answer the phone. When I do actually get to talk to someone, they keep telling me its on the way or that they will send me another one but at no point did they give me a tracking number. I last spoke with them on August [redacted] and they said my order will be sent to me directly from the manufacturer via expedite delivery and I would receive it by august [redacted] at the latest. When I didn't get my order as they said I would, I tried calling again and left several messages but no one will pick up the phone or even call me back. It is now September [redacted] and I still don't have anything.Desired Settlement: I'd really like to have my order but at the very least, I would like my money back so I can buy it elsewhere.

The customers order was shipped out 8/* by USPS and claims he never recieved it. USPS is investigating this package.

we refunded the customers credit card till we determine the status of it!

Review: On 3-**-11, I purchased online a "Chameleon" LED light bar traffic advisor. The light bar is public safety equipment offered for sale and was ordered on RIM Industries Inc website. I was issue a customer ID number [redacted] and order number [redacted]. The transaction was completed when I sent off a certified bank draft check made out to RIM Industries INC and included my order number as well as my customer ID number. Within 6 days of sending payment by USPS, the bank draft funds were deposited into RIM Industries Inc account. This was verified by my bank and I have copies of the check and endorsement on the back.

After 5 months, waiting to receive my product, I made contact via email. I was told by the president of the company [redacted] that he would look into the matter and get back to me. During this time I got copies and again verified that my funds for the product were indeed deposited to the company. I have sent copies of my order and verification of my money via USPS to [redacted] at the company to resolve the issue. At first, all I wanted is the product that I have ordered, but now after getting the run around both by phone and email, THE COMPANY has never responded in writing, all I want is my money back. This has been over 2 years ago and I still have NOT received my product ordered. It is my belief now that this company has no intention of honoring its online product advertising or product sales to the consumer or desperately needs to reorganize the online purchasing software to prohibit paying by certified bank draft funds.

Please help me get my money back. I have copies of all the email and letters, I have sent to the company for your review, if needed. Thank you for your efforts.Desired Settlement: Refund from company in the amount of $412.94
